Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of ActLab Studio services, including classes, workshops, digital materials, and communications. By enrolling, purchasing, accessing, or attending, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Enrollment & payments
Fees are listed in USD. Seats are confirmed upon payment. Some classes have limited capacity, and enrollment may close without notice once full.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until resolved.
- Discounts, if offered, apply only as described at checkout and are not retroactive.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days before the start date. After start, pro‑rated refunds are considered for extenuating circumstances.
- No refunds for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts, unless required by law.
- If a class is cancelled by us, you may choose a full refund or transfer.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
Conduct
We require respectful, inclusive behavior. Harassment or unsafe conduct may lead to removal without refund.
- Arrive prepared and avoid disrupting sessions (in-person or online).
- Respect privacy: do not record others without explicit permission.
- Follow venue rules and instructor directions regarding safety and participation.
Content
Materials are for your personal study. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.
- This includes handouts, recordings, exercises, and any proprietary methodology.
- You may not resell, share, publish, or upload materials to public platforms.
- We may update materials and delivery formats to improve the learning experience.
Service conditions
Scheduling & access
Schedules may change due to instructor availability, venue limitations, or unforeseen events. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternatives.
Assumption of risk
Acting practice may involve movement, voice work, and emotionally intensive exercises. Participate at your own pace and disclose relevant concerns to instructors.
Communications
We may contact you about class logistics, service updates, and administrative messages. You can opt out of marketing emails where applicable.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid for the relevant service. We do not guarantee specific artistic or career outcomes.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
